The club turns 118 years old today.

Real Madrid turns 118 years old this Friday and the club published a video on their Social Media to celebrate their birthday, featuring the most iconic moments throughout these 118 years.

From the first five European trophies led by the legend Alfredo Di Stefano to basketball glory and also featuring La Decima, Zidane’s goal in Glasgow to win the ninth Champions League, Real Madrid’s history is definitely full of some epic moments.

It’s also nice to see that the club gives credit to the current basketball team led by coach Pablo Laso and his players. While it’s clear that basketball isn’t as important as football for Real Madrid, the group of players led by Sergio Llull have accomplished some incredible feats, including the historic comeback against Barcelona in last year’s league Final.

Real Madrid have a glorious history behind them. Still, every single member of the club has to keep working hard in order to honor that and keep achieving the impossible.
